1. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. How to Raise a Return Request

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items on clearance or sale
• Products returned without original packaging

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
